We produce complete mixes as well as an array of wheat flour products to allow maximum efficiency and convenience at your bakery. There are also wheaten by-products such as bran and semolina that is safe for human consumption. Standard packaging consists of 12,5kg, 25kg and 50kg bags but we also supply customized packaging depending on volume. Western Cape Milling has the infrastructure to deliver flour on wrapped pallets and bulk bags.
At our flour mill we have the proficiency and technology to make bulk delivery a flawless process for our clients.

Our Rye flour is imported from Germany. Our 100% quality rye is derived from a clean roller mill factory and is made by milling and sieving whole rye kernels. Rye flour can be used to bake rye breads, sourdough bread, cookies, muffins, crackers, pasta and pancakes.

Pollard
Pollard is a fine form of bran with additional grains of course endosperm. Light brown in colour with a neutral taste. Contains a large proportion of the nutrients contained in the whole wheat grain. Pollard is often used in the production of spices, sauces and fillers.
