We buy quality grade wheat mainly from the Western Cape region, ensuring flour with consistent baking quality.

All incoming wheat is tested in our state-of-the-art laboratory, that guarantees the superior quality of Western Cape Milling Wheat.

During the milling process, all products are tested and analysed on a regular basis at each stage of the milling process, ensuring the highest delivered to our customers.
