Our Rye flour is imported from Germany.  Our 100% quality rye is derived from a clean roller mill factory and is made by milling and sieving whole rye kernels.

Rye flour can be used to bake rye breads, sourdough bread, cookies, muffins, crackers, pasta and pancakes.
